Their are 2 new characters now and I want to know more about the other one. The first character is Lord Henry's wife, Victoria. Dorian met Victoria while he was waiting for Lord Henry. They had a conversation about theater music. In the book, Victoria said to her husband that their conversation was rather interesting. Well, they were only telling each other opinions about speaking when their hearing music.
The character I want to know more is Sibyl Vane. This woman is Dorian's love interest. Right now, I know that she's an actress who lives with her mother and performs at night. What makes me want to know more about this character is she is engaged to Dorian. Dorian said to lord Henry that he only knows her for 3 weeks. He only know little about her. But what's so cute that Dorian said is that he thinks she's a genius because she plays 3 characters. But Lord Henry thinks not, as usual.
A quote that I found interesting was "Never marry at all, Dorian. Men marry because they are tired; women, because they are curious: both are disappointed."Lord Henry said that to Dorian. Its sort of interesting because its true. Men and women try to see if they can stay together forever, but they normally don't. This quote goes with what happens at the end of the chapter. I wonder how their marriage will turn out.

I have also discovered something about Lord Henry. He loves to use pathos to get people think the same way he does. For example:
Dorian smiled and shook his head: "I am afraid I don't think so, Lady Henry. I never talk during music--at least, during good music. If one hears bad music, it is one's duty to drown it in conversation."
"Ah! that is one of Harry's views, isn't it, Mr. Gray? I always hear Harry's views from his friends..." (pg. 62)I think Lord Henry loves to use pathos to get his way. He is also another character I want to study.
well that's it for now...
